F.I.R.E. Project (Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union)

MG Aricent Educational Foundation is partner organization in EU funded projects From Idea to Reality & Execution (F.I.R.E) co-funded by Erasmus+. Five organization from India, Bulgaria, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda participated in this project. Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport.

TC 1 (12 – 20 January 2019, South Africa)

First training course TC-1 was conducted at Pretoria, South Africa. In this training course, different topics like leadership styles, skills management, teams and groups, project management, Presentation skills, self- motivation and body language. The most important thing of person's life is to manage time, how to use it and optimum use of resources. The training program was conducted successfully and all the participants took active part in all the seven days of the training course. The training program was concluded with lots of good memories.

Second training course TC-2 was conducted at Tanzania, this training course provided lot of helpful information, how to apply SWOT analysis, how to initiate the project planning, process it helped thinking from the scratch and building a project on its own and implementing it.

With the help of the training module, participants came to know what are the major problems faced by different countries, it even helped enhancing thinking capability as lot of activities carried out during training course.

Third training course TC-3 was conducted at Bulgaria, in this training course participant learn about Web designing, Advertising, Video editing. Training also provided the information how to create website, advertising flyers, information about free websites and free tools to create these. Training also provided the guidance about how to use different social media platforms to advertise different events. Media relations, Script writing, communication strategies (Press release and Media interviews) and Public speaking guidance. Logo Designing and Poster was really interesting and creative.

European Voluntary Service (EVS) is the European Commission's project that allows a young person (17–30 years) to become a volunteer in another country for a specified period, normally between 2–12 months.

Under F.I.R.E. project, Mr. Yash Chaudhari volunteer from MG Aricent Educational Foundation is travelling to Sofia, Bulgaria for 05 months from 15 October 2019 to 15 March 2020.
